We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build features end-to-end across our React/TypeScript frontend, Python/Django backend, and AWS infrastructure. You'll work within our existing stack and architecture, deliver against the product roadmap, and lead specific projects as they come up. We don't filter on years of experience. We care that you're sharp, ship great work, and can defend your decisions. What You'll Do
- Build member-facing features end-to-end: UI, API, deployment.
- Contribute to AI agent and MCP-based integrations as roadmap items land.
- Lead specific projects assigned from the roadmap.
- Participate in architecture discussions, working within our existing stack constraints.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- Deep React + TypeScript expertise.
- Deep Python + Django expertise.
- Hands-on AWS experience in production.
- Strong agentic development practice: you use LLM agents in your daily work and know the patterns (tool use, planning, evals, guardrails).
- Working knowledge of MCP, or evidence you'll pick it up fast.
How you work:
- High ownership. You drive features without hand-holding.
- Strong written and spoken English. Our team spans many accents, so clarity matters more than perfection.
- Product thinking. You care if the feature is actually good.
Why You'll Like It Here
- Small, fast-paced team. Real autonomy and influence as long as you deliver.
- Cutting-edge AI work. Agents, MCP, and LLM-powered workflows are part of how we build.
