Overview

We are partnered with a leading Middle-Market Investment Bank in Fort Lauderdale, FL to add an Investment Banking Analyst to their growing deal team. In this role, you will work with experienced senior bankers, gain strong deal experience, and set yourself up for long-term growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain complex financial models for various scenarios.
  • Conduct in-depth financial, fundamental, and operational due diligence.
  • Collaborate with senior investment bankers for effective transaction execution.
  • Engage with founders, family owned, and private equity backed leaders.
  • Assist in day-to-day project and deal execution, analyze market trends, and perform research.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Transaction Advisory, or Valuations.
  • Experience with transactions in Industrials, Business Services, or similar sectors.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL or willing to relocate.
