Overview

At SEK CPAs & Advisors, the Marketing Specialist performs general marketing activities including writing, event coordination, website updates, graphic design, and social media management. The role requires an innovative, detail-oriented, and organized individual who can work independently and collaboratively across firm departments.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit email copy, blog posts, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Create engaging social media content and schedule posts.
  • Plan, promote, and execute webinars and in-person events.
  • Prepare and manage business proposals and follow-up activities.
  • Manage and update website content with SEO in mind.
  • Coordinate mailings, produce marketing materials and maintain mailing lists.
  • Monitor campaign performance through analytics and reports.
  • Support various marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing and communications experience.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing including SEM/SEO, social media, email marketing and analytics.
  • Familiarity with Adobe creative software and Canva.
  • Willingness to travel for occasional in-person events.
