What We Do
Our Strategy and Operations Consultants work with clients from the C-suite to the shop floor. They help deliver strategic initiatives by providing actionable insights in areas such as:
- Strategy and Execution: Aligning insights to create actionable roadmaps.
- Process Improvement: Identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
- Operational Transformation: Leading data-based organizational change.
- Organizational Design: Aligning skills, responsibilities, and governance.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Managing post-merger integration activities.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Candidates should have experience solving real business problems and presenting strategies to top executives. Requirements include strong communication skills, a record of delivering results, and the ability to work across industries and functions. Experience with process improvements, organizational assessments, and post-merger activities is highly valued.
Additionally, candidates must be aligned with SEI's core values: Excellence, Participation, Integrity, and Collaboration. Prior experience (8+ years) and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.
