Overview
SEI is seeking a Business Analyst to leverage financial services knowledge and work collaboratively in a team environment. The role focuses on gathering and analyzing business requirements, with an emphasis on Wealth Management and user experience design.
What You Will Do
- Perform business analysis and engage with SMEs, users, and stakeholders.
- Define product requirements and deliver testing criteria for sprint and release planning.
- Articulate decisions, open issues, case studies, workflows and functional requirements for cross-functional teams.
- Recommend process improvements in line with industry and corporate objectives.
- Drive quality assurance through acceptance tests, test plans, and integration testing.
What We Need From You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business analysis.
- Minimum one year experience in business analysis or a related domain.
- Proficiency in working with diverse teams including architects, project managers, analysts, designers, and developers.
- Detail-oriented, organized and capable of prioritizing tasks for timely sprint delivery.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, business intelligence software and potentially programming languages.
