Job Description
Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain HR and Recruitment dashboards using Power BI.
- Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline status, and workforce trends.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for senior management.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources (Oracle Cloud, Excel, ATS, HR systems).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.
- Automate routine reports and dashboards where possible.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Support HR and Talent Acquisition teams with data-driven decision-making.
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, HR Analytics, or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas).
- Experience in data cleaning, validation, and visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
