Job Overview
As a Senior Hardware Electrical & Electronics Engineer, you will develop and manage electronics and electrical components, ensure design excellence, collaborate with suppliers, and execute product strategy. You will also support cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and simulate electrical/electronics components
- Define component requirements and manage supplier relationships
- Evaluate and select new components and recommend suppliers
- Manage complex components or multiple simpler components
- Execute product strategy roadmap for assigned components
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate cross-functionally and influence the broader organization
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate technical value
Qualifications
- Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in electronics/electrical component development
- Advanced knowledge in EE design and component management
- Experience managing supplier relationships and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication, documentation, and mentoring skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing
