Job Overview
The Product Development Project Manager role involves designing, communicating, and implementing operational plans to complete engineering-based projects. You will work independently, manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare designs, project controls, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Monitor progress and performance against project plans and resolve issues.
- Gather resources needed to ensure project completion.
- Develop engineering standards, work specifications, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage projects or subprojects with limited complexity and direct customer assignment.
- Coach lower-level professionals and review their work.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant field. Certification in project management is preferred.
