Job Overview

The Product Development Project Manager role involves designing, communicating, and implementing operational plans to complete engineering-based projects. You will work independently, manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare designs, project controls, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor progress and performance against project plans and resolve issues.
  • Gather resources needed to ensure project completion.
  • Develop engineering standards, work specifications, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage projects or subprojects with limited complexity and direct customer assignment.
  • Coach lower-level professionals and review their work.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant field. Certification in project management is preferred.
