Position Overview
The Engineering Fleet Operations Analyst enhances the effectiveness of our engineering vehicle fleet management team by generating insightful reports, analyzing fleet data, and optimizing workflows. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure data accuracy and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain fleet performance reports, dashboards, and metrics.
- Analyze fleet data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes.
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and program stakeholders.
- Participate in audits, reviews, and process documentation to meet compliance standards.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support on special projects.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is required. Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in fleet operations, data analysis, or engineering support, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory tracking systems and audit processes.
- Knowledge of vehicle lifecycle management and corporate compliance standards.
- Familiarity with process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
