Business Development Manager – Nuclear Engineering Services

Location: Derby (1 day per week at office, remaining time at customer sites or remote)

Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits

Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage sales of staffing, service centre, and work packages.
  • Develop and execute strategies for new business generation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
  • Prepare and present proposals, RFQs and tailored sales pitches.
  • Manage the full sales cycle with CRM and reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development or a related technical/recruitment role.
  • Strong customer network or engineering background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to travel within Europe and the UK with a valid driving licence.
