Business Development Manager – Nuclear Engineering Services
Location: Derby (1 day per week at office, remaining time at customer sites or remote)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits

Your Responsibilities
- Manage sales of staffing, service centre, and work packages.
- Develop and execute strategies for new business generation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
- Prepare and present proposals, RFQs and tailored sales pitches.
- Manage the full sales cycle with CRM and reporting responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development or a related technical/recruitment role.
- Strong customer network or engineering background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to travel within Europe and the UK with a valid driving licence.
