Position Overview

The Engineering Fleet Operations Analyst supports the strategic and operational effectiveness of the engineering vehicle fleet management team. The role focuses on generating and analyzing fleet reports, improving processes, and enhancing visibility into fleet performance and utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute fleet performance reports, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Analyze fleet data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to optimize operational processes.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and program stakeholders.
  • Participate in audits and reviews to ensure quality and compliance standards.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support for special projects.
  • Assist in documentation, training, and implementation of process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field required. 2–5 years of relevant experience in fleet operations, data analysis, or engineering support is necessary. Must have strong attention to detail, effective communication, and collaboration skills.

Technical Proficiency

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is essential. Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and understanding vehicle lifecycle management is a plus.
