Business Development Manager – Nuclear Engineering Services
Location: Derby 1 day per week, customer sites and home/remote Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits Type: Full-Time | Permanent Industry: Engineering & Technical Staffing
Your Responsibilities
- Manage sales of time and material staffing, service centre, and work packages in the nuclear sector.
- Develop and execute strategies to win new business and manage P&L.
- Understand market and customer needs, leveraging direct sales and thought leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations.
- Write proposals and RFQ responses to position Segula as the supplier of choice.
- Oversee CRM management, sales cycle, status reporting, and follow-up for repeat business.
Qualifications
This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their commercial career or transition from technical or recruitment roles. Prior recruitment experience with a known customer network, solid engineering background, or established business development experience is valued.
