The Role

As a Customer Experience Graduate at SeedLegals, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with platform onboarding, legal document setup, and offering legal, financial, and technical guidance.

  • Handle live chat inquiries using HubSpot.
  • Conduct thorough product reviews for legal compliance.
  • Provide bespoke support via emails and video calls.
  • Collaborate with developers, founders, investors and lawyers.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual starting salary: £31,000 - £33,000. Additional benefits include private healthcare, life and group critical illness insurance, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and birthday off, volunteer days, share options after one year, pension, a hybrid working policy with a £250 work-from-home allowance, and more including learning & development opportunities and various perks.
