Assistant State Manager Victoria
Seed Heritage is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant State Manager to join their Victorian State Retail team. This fast-paced role requires a hands-on leader committed to achieving success and elevating the Victorian state's retail performance.
About The Role
As an Assistant State Manager, you will be accountable for sales, wages, and shrinkage targets across 60 sites in Victoria. You will work closely with the State Manager on daily operations and reporting, implement and maintain Visual Merchandising guidelines, and nurture Seed Heritage staff through guidance and training in rostering, shrinkage, and budget management. This role also involves HR management, including recruitment, staff performance, and wage control, as well as effective stock management to maximize sales opportunities. You will be responsible for communicating and implementing business initiatives from Head Office and managing administrative tasks.
To Be Successful, You Will Have
- Minimum 5 years of multi-site management experience in a fashion apparel retailer; experience with concession businesses is highly regarded.
- Proven sales track record with the ability to measure and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Exceptional focus on driving expert customer service across the state.
- Demonstrated experience in stock control and management.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead by example and manage teams effectively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A results-driven leadership style with proficiency in reporting.
