Job Overview

The Functional Consultant at Sedin Technologies will work as part of the EAM360 team, collaborating with consultants and developers. The role involves functional consulting, project management, and client relationship management in the IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management Practice.

Where You’ll Do It

This is a hybrid role based out of Chennai, India.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Functional Consulting: Gather, analyze, and document client requirements for asset management, work management, inventory, and procurement.
  • Develop expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite modules and configure business processes.
  • Support system testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
  • Create Functional Design Documents and Business Requirements and Solutions Documents.
  • Project Management: Lead day-to-day client coordination, develop project plans, track progress, and manage risks.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and project status meetings.
  • Work with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact, manage communications, and ensure alignment of deliverables with client priorities.
