Customer Service Representative at Sedana Medical

Sedana Medical is looking for a proactive and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our Global Customer Service team at our German office in Wolfratshausen. The Role

As Customer Service Representative at Sedana Medical, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational flow within all Customer Service processes. This hands-on role involves managing daily customer orders, supporting internal stakeholders, and contributing to efficient administrative and operational processes. You will work in a highly international environment, collaborating closely with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, QA, and Logistics, and report to the Head of Customer Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality customer service in a meaningful healthcare setting.

  • Manage daily customer orders and ensure smooth order processing.
  • Act as a key contact for customer inquiries and provide relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle returns, credit notes, and delivery-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate customer master data and pricing information in our ERP system.
  • Support monitor and asset management, including reporting and invoicing.
  • Contribute to efficient processes and continuous improvements within Customer Operations.
  • Support administrative tasks and material management at the German office.

Your Profile

Minimum qualifications
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Industriekaufmann/-frau) or comparable business qualification.
  • Several years of experience in customer service or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style.
  • Proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes.
  • Confident user of MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
  • Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken).
Beneficial qualifications
  • Experience in customer service within medtech, pharma, or healthcare.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of logistics and order processing workflows.
  • Experience with master data management and invoicing processes.
  • Spanish at professional working proficiency.
