The Role

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager - West to lead and expand our channel partnerships in the Data and AI security space across North America. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships with top-tier VARs and Regional SIs to accelerate market penetration, drive joint sales and go-to-market initiatives, and enable partners to deliver security solutions and services to customers. Leverage your deep knowledge of partners and cybersecurity expertise to drive revenue and enhance market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Management: Build and nurture relationships with strategic VAR partners.
  • Business Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential VAR partners.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate on joint strategies aligning Securiti offerings with partner portfolios.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide product training, resources, and certification support.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs such as pipeline development and sales growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Manage joint business plans with defined revenue goals and targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and sales teams on positioning and campaigns.
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for Data and AI security solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner management in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
  • Proven record of building and scaling partnerships across North America.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, or AI risk landscape.
  • Experience in developing and executing joint go-to-market plans with measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and partner management tools such as Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel as required for partner meetings and industry events.
