Security Operations Center Officer

Securitas Security Services is seeking a Security Operations Center Officer with a strong background, especially former Military or Law Enforcement professionals are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to security, communications, and fire/life safety alarms.
  • Coordinate security rovers, dispatch patrols, and log reports.
  • Manage equipment and key sign in/out in the Control Room.
  • Operate two-way communication systems and conduct site patrols in various conditions.
  • Identify, report, and respond to safety issues and emergencies.
  • Protect evidence and scenes of incidents as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by assigned site.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Associate degree or 2 years of military/law enforcement experience.
  • Standard computer/technology skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year security & customer service/hospitality experience.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills preferred.
  • Ability to patrol continuously during shift.
  • Vigilance, attention to detail, and rapid emergency response.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
