Talent Recruiter - Direct Team Lead

Are you the driving force behind our Direct Team? We are looking for a Talent Recruiter with experience! Do you want a lot of freedom in your role, hybrid working, and enjoy 33 vacation days? Read on!

What you will do

As a national Talent Recruiter at Secretary Plus, you will be the driving force behind the growth of our Direct Team, a pool of experienced assistants who fulfill interim assignments. The Direct Team has been a household name in the support industry for over 25 years! You will find and retain the best talent, work closely with our (Managing) Consultants, and ensure that new assistants can start working with us quickly.

Your role is versatile and dynamic:

  • Conduct selection interviews and administer assessments.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that deliver real results.
  • Maintain contact with candidates and plan follow-ups for the team.

In addition, you are the connecting factor within our national team: you travel between offices, attend events, and contribute to internal projects such as onboarding. At the same time, you can conduct some of your interviews and appointments online, so you don't have to be on the road constantly. With your network and enthusiasm, you make the difference – every day.

What we offer you

What we offer you:

  • Salary between € 3,200 and € 4,200 depending on your knowledge and work experience.
  • 33 vacation days per year (20 vacation days extendable to 33 through a personal budget).
  • A monthly personal budget of 6% that can be freely spent (e.g., extra vacation days, salary, sports subscription, etc.).
  • Temporary contract with the intention of converting it to a permanent position in the long run.
  • Travel allowance of € 0.24 per km, or a full public transport allowance.
  • Laptop and smartphone.

As an experienced recruiter, you are a strong conversational partner, you can convey your enthusiasm, you are creative, and you also enjoy thinking along with our marketing department about new ideas. You master both the Dutch and English languages and you have empathy. You can listen well to the needs of the candidate. This is how you make the best match!

Furthermore, we ask:

  • HBO work and thinking level (Bachelor's degree level).
  • A driver's license, so you can visit all offices.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a (corporate) recruiter.
  • Available 32-40 hours per week.
