What You Will Do

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers.
  • Conduct regular on-site customer visits across Mumbai and nearby locations to understand workflows, uncover pain points, and accelerate adoption.
  • Solve complex GRC, compliance, vulnerability management and security operations challenges in customer environments.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback as the voice of the customer.
  • Lead pain-point discovery sessions, adoption workshops, and escalation management.
  • Drive measurable outcomes: stronger compliance posture, faster time-to-value, and higher feature adoption.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, including meeting notes, transcripts, and action tracking.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in GRC, SecOps, or cybersecurity consulting/implementation roles.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of GRC frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, PCI-DSS, or similar.
  • Security operations exposure: vulnerability management, incident response, and risk assessments.
  • Proven customer-facing experience: stakeholder communication, workshops, and enterprise engagement.
  • Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Scripting ability (Python/Bash) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate deep technical concepts for both engineers and business leaders.
  • Ownership mindset and comfort working in ambiguity.
