What You Will Do

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers.
Conduct regular on-site customer visits across Mumbai and nearby locations to understand workflows, uncover pain points, and accelerate adoption.
Solve complex GRC, compliance, vulnerability management and security operations challenges in customer environments.
Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback as the voice of the customer.
Lead pain-point discovery sessions, adoption workshops, and escalation management.
Drive measurable outcomes: stronger compliance posture, faster time-to-value, and higher feature adoption.
Maintain high-quality documentation, including meeting notes, transcripts, and action tracking.

What You Bring

3-5 years of experience in GRC, SecOps, or cybersecurity consulting/implementation roles.
Strong hands-on knowledge of GRC frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, PCI-DSS, or similar.
Security operations exposure: vulnerability management, incident response, and risk assessments.
Proven customer-facing experience: stakeholder communication, workshops, and enterprise engagement.
Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Scripting ability (Python/Bash) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate deep technical concepts for both engineers and business leaders.
Ownership mindset and comfort working in ambiguity.
