Secfix automates security compliance for SMBs in Europe. Our platform integrates with a company’s tech stack (like AWS, Azure AD, Jira, etc.), extracts data required for ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX, and SOC 2 compliance and creates a checklist to become and remain compliant.

Role Responsibilities
Scope of this role:
- 40% - Intercom chat support
- 40% - Troubleshooting & QA
- 20% - Documentation, process building & automation
As our first Product Support Engineer Founding Member, you will build the foundation of our customer support function by working closely with engineering and customer success teams. You will provide first-line support via Intercom chat, analyze technical issues using SQL, run QA tests on new features and build internal documentation and processes. You will also train Customer Success Managers and set the standard for future hires.
About You
You have 2–5 years of experience in technical product support in a B2B SaaS environment. You are comfortable analyzing logs and databases with SQL. Experience with support tools like Intercom or Zendesk is essential. Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, organized work style are must.
