About the Role

As an Account Executive at Secfix, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close. You will play a key role in scaling our go-to-market strategy by building Secfix’s brand presence, acquiring new customers, and shaping scalable sales processes. This high-impact, quota-carrying role comes with direct access to the leadership team.

What You Will Do

  • Own and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Prospect into DACH target accounts and build a robust pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls, tailor proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate across teams and use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Zapier.
  • Forecast revenue, report on pipeline health, and refine sales playbooks.

About You

You have 2–4 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS with a proven quota achievement record. You are a strong communicator in both German and English and comfortable with selling to senior decision-makers. Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies and sales tools is a plus. Experience in early-stage startups and regulated industries is ideal.
