Role Overview

We are seeking a co-founder-level business development partner to lead our partner acquisition and growth strategy. This is not a sales rep role — you will shape how we attract, onboard, and scale IT partners across the western hemisphere.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, reach out to, and engage prospective IT partners.
  • Conduct discovery calls and guide partners through onboarding.
  • Refine outreach messaging, playbooks, and pricing offers.
  • Build repeatable systems for partner acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate on strategy to scale the programme effectively.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in B2B tech, SaaS, MSP, or cybersecurity partnerships (experience preferred, not required).
  • Strong relationship builder with a track record of closing deals.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting, and comfortable with equity-based roles.
  • UK or EU timezone preferred; fluent in English.
