As VP, Strategic Finance, you will drive the financial and operational success of the company, reporting directly to the CFO while collaborating closely with the CEO, executive team, and broader organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly forecasting, annual planning, financial and operational analysis.
• Establish FP&A as a Center of Analytical Excellence.
• Create and monitor KPIs, analyze revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Manage capital allocation, cash flow forecasting, and lender deliverables.
• Develop and monitor budgets, revenue, expense, and headcount forecasts.
• Improve team understanding of financials through transparent analysis.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
• Provide transformational leadership with clear direction and accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, business operations, financial planning, or forecasting.
• Experience in scaled/matured businesses, particularly in marketplaces or b2b2c environments.
• Proven leadership in managing teams of consultants or investment professionals.
• Strong communication, analytical, and operational skills.
• Ability to drive change and mentor teams with humility and accountability.
