Role Overview: Portfolio Operations Senior Analyst
As a member of the SeatGeekIQ Operations team, you will be a trusted thought partner making an impact through sound operational and financial decision making. You will manage and maintain portfolios while supporting pricing services in collaboration with the trading and quantitative research teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage daily portfolio operations in primary and secondary markets.
- Address upstream and downstream issues related to ticket transactions.
- Maintain and manage 30+ ticket inventory accounts using proprietary tools.
- Execute SeatGeekIQ processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Support long-term process improvements and team scaling for financial impact.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or general Operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Passion for sports, music, and live events.
- BS/BA required and ticketing operations experience preferred.
