Role Overview

As a Portfolio Operations Senior Analyst within SeatGeekIQ Operations, you will be a trusted thought partner supporting operational and financial decision-making. You will work closely with trading and quantitative research teams to manage and maintain portfolios in both primary and secondary markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage daily portfolio operations across markets.
  • Address upstream and downstream issues with internal teams and vendors.
  • Maintain and set up 30+ accounts, resolving ticket type issues.
  • Follow established processes using the SAPIENT tool for ticket tracking.
  • Collaborate to improve operational processes and manage KPIs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in revenue, sales, or general operations roles. Strong communication, organizational skills and a passion for sports, music, and live events is essential. A BS/BA is required and ticketing operations experience is preferred.
