Overview
Embark on a new chapter with Search Wizards, a leading global provider of talent solutions. As an HRBP Director, you will drive strategic talent initiatives within product, engineering, and R&D teams through effective OE/OD practices.
This fully remote 7-month contract role is designed for a hands-on leader who excels in product strategy, innovation, and delivering high-impact talent programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative, data-driven discovery to spot opportunities.
- Partner with executive clients to create proactive talent strategies.
- Design and deploy high-impact talent programs.
- Collaborate with HR CoEs to maximize enterprise program value.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance strategic work efficiency.
Qualifications
- 14+ years of HRBP experience.
- Deep knowledge of product development organizations.
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI people programs.
- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with OE consultants or HCM strategy firms.
