Job Overview
Search Solution Group is seeking an HR Coordinator on behalf of our client, a manufacturing organization based in Richardson, TX. This role will support multiple sales center locations, serving as a key partner to leadership by providing guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and day-to-day HR initiatives. The position plays an important role in fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting employees and leadership in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with sales center leadership to understand business goals and provide HR guidance and support
- Provide employee relations support, addressing concerns with professionalism, consistency, and empathy
- Interpret and apply company policies while maintaining fairness and consistency across locations
- Support and enhance employee experience initiatives to promote a positive and productive workplace
- Collaborate with HR team members to maintain alignment across processes and procedures
- Assist with onboarding efforts, including facilitating orientations and ensuring a smooth new hire experience
- Represent the organization at internal recruitment events in partnership with the recruiting team
- Build strong relationships with employees and leadership across supported locations
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Education
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
Experience
- 3+ years of HR experience in a professional setting
- Experience supporting employee relations and HR operations in a fast-paced environment preferred
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Certifications
Not required (HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus)
Knowledge
- Understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
- Familiarity with employee relations, onboarding, and recruitment support
- Knowledge of HR systems and tools is a plus
