Job Overview

Search Solution Group is seeking an HR Coordinator on behalf of our client, a manufacturing organization based in Richardson, TX. This role will support multiple sales center locations, serving as a key partner to leadership by providing guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and day-to-day HR initiatives. The position plays an important role in fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting employees and leadership in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with sales center leadership to understand business goals and provide HR guidance and support
  • Provide employee relations support, addressing concerns with professionalism, consistency, and empathy
  • Interpret and apply company policies while maintaining fairness and consistency across locations
  • Support and enhance employee experience initiatives to promote a positive and productive workplace
  • Collaborate with HR team members to maintain alignment across processes and procedures
  • Assist with onboarding efforts, including facilitating orientations and ensuring a smooth new hire experience
  • Represent the organization at internal recruitment events in partnership with the recruiting team
  • Build strong relationships with employees and leadership across supported locations
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Education

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required

Experience

  • 3+ years of HR experience in a professional setting
  • Experience supporting employee relations and HR operations in a fast-paced environment preferred

Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Certifications

Not required (HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus)

Knowledge

  • Understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Familiarity with employee relations, onboarding, and recruitment support
  • Knowledge of HR systems and tools is a plus
