Position Overview
The Industrial Fabrics Sales Director is responsible for driving profitable growth in line with the unit's strategic plans. Reporting to the VP of Commercial, this role leads the sales organization while collaborating with product management, marketing, and operations to achieve annual and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Industrial Fabrics sales team to drive market-focused growth.
- Develop go-to-market sales strategies and maintain robust sales pipelines using CRM systems.
- Conduct forecasting, and develop and monitor sales and expense budgets.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales programs with market requirements.
- Engage in key customer and supplier negotiations to build lasting partnerships.
- Lead by example with passion, energy, and integrity.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred), 15+ years of progressive B2B sales experience including at least 5 years in leadership, proven success in sales strategy execution, familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and exceptional communication and analytical skills. Experience in engineered fabrics or building materials preferred.
Additional Information
