Position Summary

Performs routine maintenance activities on equipment and facility.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance activities on equipment (preventative and corrective maintenance) and facility.
• Substitutes materials or parts, rearranges parts or subassemblies, performs machinery and parts testing, and executes other maintenance activities.
• Performs facility maintenance, including the operation, monitoring and adjustment of utilities.
• Performs all activities in compliance with Company, site, customer and regulatory requirements and standards.
• Under the direction of supervisor, investigates reliability issues and performs root cause analysis on significant equipment failures.
• Collaborates with vendor maintenance technicians, installers and Company colleagues on special projects such as capital equipment moves and installations.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in one of the following education programs: Mechatronics Technology Associate in Applied Science, Electronics Engineering Technology Associate in Applied Science, Mechanical Engineering Technology Associate in Applied Science.
• Maintenance of a minimum of 2.8 GPA.
• Maintenance of enrollment each semester until graduation.
• Adherence to site and department safety rules.
