Title: Data Conversion Analyst

Duration: 6 months, extension TBD

Employment Type: W2 ONLY, no C2C

Location(s)/Remote: Merrimack, NH (primary) or Covington, KY or Westlake, TX. Remote every other week for TX. 100% onsite in Sept.


The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in 401(k) operations, retirement plan implementation, or a related field, with a solid understanding of defined contribution plans from both the plan sponsor and participant perspectives. Strong project management experience, client relationship management, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders are essential. Candidates should also have experience performing data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation, along with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with payroll systems, retirement industry processes, and implementation best practices is important.
