About The Role - You Will
Seagate is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Demand Supply Account Manager to manage one or several large Cloud Service Provider accounts. You will understand customer IT and business priorities and implement Seagate’s strategy to drive business performance across Seagate Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Forecasting: Develop accurate forecasts using historical data, market trends, and customer input.
- Supply Planning: Create supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and manufacturing capabilities.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory, improve turnover, and reduce excess stock.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, build networks, and align customer needs with Seagate solutions.
- Process Improvement & Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to review and improve planning processes.
About You
You are results driven with strong strategic planning, continuous learning, IT industry acumen, and excellent team leadership. You must have deep knowledge of supply chain management along with strong analytical skills and the ability to drive customer success.
Your Experience Includes
- Extensive experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in demand forecasting and supply planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
Certification in supply chain management, experience in inside sales/account management, and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
