About Sculpd

Sculpd is on a mission to get people creating with their hands again. We make at-home craft kits that are so beautiful that they can be gifted, and so relaxing you don’t realize the passing of time. We’re building the creative brand of the future. With a community of over 1 million Sculpdors globally and a growing product range, we are building one of the most exciting creative brands in the DTC space. We have real momentum and we're scaling quickly across international markets and new channels. This is a great opportunity to join the business as we take everything to the next level.

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own the channels and initiatives that sit between brand and performance. You will be responsible for campaign planning and co-ordination, community building, product seeding and creator relationships, our affiliate programme, and events and brand partnerships. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will shape how Sculpd shows up in culture, in feeds, and in people's homes. You will work closely with the growth, creative, and product teams to make sure marketing activity is joined up, on-brand, and commercially sharp. You’ll report directly to the co-founders and have real autonomy in our fast growing brand. The right person will be equally comfortable pulling together a gifting campaign calendar and jumping on a call with a creator to talk through content ideas. This is a contract role, initially for 6 months with a view for a long term contract thereafter.

What You'll Own

  • Campaign Planning & Co-ordination: Plan, build, and manage the marketing campaign calendar across seasonal moments, product launches, and promotional windows. Co-ordinate cross-channel execution so that email, social, paid, and creator activity all land together with a consistent message. Brief the creative team on campaign assets and manage timelines from concept through to launch. Track campaign performance and share learnings with the wider team to improve future planning.
  • Community Building: Develop and execute a community strategy that deepens our relationship with makers and turns customers into advocates. Grow and engage Sculpd's social communities (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Groups) with a focus on conversation, not just content. Identify and nurture superfans, encourage user-generated content, and spotlight real makers. Explore new community formats such as challenges, live events, or maker spotlights that drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Product Seeding & Creator Relationships: Own the end-to-end product seeding pipeline, from identifying relevant creators to shipping kits, following up, and tracking output. Build and maintain genuine, long-term relationships with creators across tiers (micro, mid, macro). Negotiate and manage gifted and paid creator partnerships in line with campaign objectives. Maintain a clear tracker of all seeding activity, content output, and ROI by creator.
  • Affiliate Programme: Manage Sculpd's affiliate programme, including recruitment of new affiliates, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. Set and optimise commission structures and incentives to drive profitable growth. Monitor affiliate performance, identify top partners, and scale what works. Ensure brand consistency across affiliate content and flag any issues proactively.
  • Events & Brand Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and manage brand partnership opportunities that align with Sculpd's audience and values. Plan and deliver events (pop-ups, workshops, co-branded experiences) that drive awareness, acquisition, and press coverage. Manage event logistics, budgets, and post-event reporting. Build a pipeline of partnership prospects and maintain strong relationships with brand contacts.
