We’re looking for a UX Writer who can craft clear, concise, and user-friendly content across our product. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience by simplifying complex workflows and ensuring consistency in voice and tone across the platform. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create intuitive, helpful, and human-centered product experiences.What You'll Do
- Write clear, concise UI copy (buttons, tooltips, error messages, onboarding flows, etc.)
- Simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand product language
- Collaborate with Product & Design to improve user journeys and flows
- Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and terminology across the product
- Contribute to and evolve UX writing guidelines and content standards
- Continuously refine copy based on user feedback and product updates
What You'll Bring
- 3 or more years of experience in UX writing, content design, or product writing, preferably in the SAAS industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/content writing work
- Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance writing and productivity
- Experience working with tools like Figma and Jira for collaboration with design and product teams
- Basic familiarity with GRC and compliance frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical information into clear, easy-to-understand content.
