About the Role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager - Content, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that shape how content is ingested, enriched, trusted, and managed at scale. You will work with Engineering, Product, Content Operations, Legal, Finance, and more to deliver resilient, scalable content systems that power user discovery and protect platform integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive structured coordination and execution for content initiatives.
  • Align multi-stakeholder teams and maintain clear communication.
  • Analyze processes and design scalable workflows.
  • Create and maintain process artifacts and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance for compliance practices.
  • Oversee critical workflows such as content takedowns and compliance.

About You

You have 4-6+ years of experience in technical or program management in a cross-functional tech environment. You are adept at turning ambiguity into structured, actionable programs and have a strong systems thinking mindset. Exceptional communication, documentation, and coordination skills are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges vary by location. In California, the range is $124,500 to $194,000; outside California in the US, it ranges from $102,500 to $184,500; in Canada, from $130,000 CAD to $172,500 CAD. Additional benefits include healthcare, parental leave, retirement plans, learning allowances, and flexible work options through Scribd Flex.

Workplace Flexibility

Scribd offers a flexible work structure where in-person collaboration is expected on occasion despite remote work being available. Employees must reside in or near approved US, Canadian, or Mexico locations.
