Role Responsibilities

As the Chief Technology Officer, you will lead enterprise-wide technology strategy, data governance, and transformation initiatives. Your role will include:

  • Driving IT modernization and digital transformation.
  • Developing and executing enterprise technology strategies.
  • Ensuring cybersecurity and risk reduction.
  • Enhancing volunteer and youth engagement through technology.
  • Collaborating at the Executive Leadership table to align digital strategies with mission priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

The target compensation for this role is $160K, which includes competitive health benefits and a defined contribution pension plan.
