About the Role: Technical Account Manager - Mobile Security at Scout Global

Scout Global is assisting the Co-Founder of a Cyber Security Scaleup on a strategic hire for their most valued customer. This is not a generic 'renewal' TAM role; you will get in the weeds and apply technical chops across all things Mobile Security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary technical and operational point of contact for the customer
  • Building genuine, trust-based relationships with engineering, security, and product teams
  • Monitoring customer health, spotting risks early, and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Translating customer goals, feedback, and milestones into clear internal actions
  • Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to deliver outcomes
  • Escalating issues quickly and driving them to resolution
  • Constantly looking for ways to improve the customer’s experience and add value
  • Turning complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What They are Looking For

  • Experience in Technical Account Management or Engagement roles within Mobile Security, Malware, or closely related areas
  • Strong technical grounding – you are comfortable in conversations with engineers and security teams
  • Excellent communication skills with a low-ego, collaborative approach
  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to navigate complex environments
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and departments
  • Someone curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a fast-moving environment
