Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams across banks and external partners.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and optimize payment processes to meet industry standards.
- Support project planning, gap analysis, and release readiness reviews.
- Act as a subject matter expert on payments projects and operational improvements.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and manage incident resolutions.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.

Location
The position is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. A hybrid work arrangement is expected with 3-4 days in office.
