About the Technical Business Analyst Role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you contribute to the overall success of the Client Engineering Team in Canada by executing plans, initiatives and ensuring compliance with internal policies and governing regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships.
  • Conduct impact analyses and translate requirements into user stories.
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment with developers and business stakeholders.
  • Lead integrated and user acceptance testing to ensure system quality.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in the banking/financial industry and be adept at change management and release processes. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills and proficiency with Jira, Confluence and MS Office are key.
