Overview

As a Senior Manager, Global Finance Communications, you will lead the planning, development, and delivery of communications related to quarterly and annual reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead executive and internal communications for Global Finance and LCGS departments, including Town Halls and all-team communications.
- Manage quarterly reporting communications, prepare news releases, develop key messages/Q&As, and coordinate leader guides.
- Develop strategic communication plans for M&A transactions including work back schedules and materials.
- Partner with the Corporate Secretary’s office for the Annual General Meeting.
- Act as project manager for communications in enterprise regulatory initiatives, developing playbooks, strategies, and testing documentation.
- Support broader enterprise-wide communications initiatives as required.
Skills & Requirements
- Degree in journalism, communications, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of corporate communications or investor relations experience in a complex environment.
- Experience in financial communications within a highly-regulated setting.
- Ability to work non-standard hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Fluency in French and/or Spanish is an asset.
- Exceptional writing, strong financial acumen, and project management skills.
- Ability to brief and support senior decision-makers and C-suite executives.
- Strong relationship-building across functions and a calm presence under pressure.
Working Conditions & Other Information
This is a 20-month full-time contract position with a mix of in-office and remote work. Non-standard hours are common. The role is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
