In the role of Senior Manager Global CIAM Fraud Strategy & Solutions you will serve as a CIAM subject matter expert, providing guidance to control owners to improve fraud and client experience outcomes while keeping the bank safe.

Responsibilities

  • Define Global CIAM Fraud standards and requirements for client onboarding and authentication.
  • Guide the development of strategies with business partners to reduce fraud risk.
  • Design and develop assessment processes to evaluate CIAM and fraud controls globally.
  • Assess efficacy of CIAM solutions and fraud controls using interactive dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of onboarding and authentication solutions, both internal and at peer banks.
  • Collaborate with Procurement on RFPs to reduce time to market for fraud reducing tools.
  • Establish close working relationships with global partner teams to advance strategies and initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in Fraud and CIAM, with cybersecurity as a plus.
  • 5+ years of banking experience with client onboarding and authentication domain expertise.
  • Experience in global financial institutions or large-scale operations is an asset.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; Spanish fluency preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is an asset.
  • Expert in MS applications including Work, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of transformation and project management methodologies and tools.
