About the Role

As a Scrum Master, you will champion agile methodologies and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will work with cross-functional teams to facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure alignment around sprint goals.
Responsibilities
- Empower teams to be self-organizing and continuously improving
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to define sprint goals and refine backlogs
- Identify and remove blockers affecting team productivity
- Oversee program releases and implementations
- Coach team members on Scrum practices and agile methodologies
- Track progress using agile metrics and tools
- Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages open feedback
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of IT experience
- 3+ years of people management or team leading experience
- Intermediate to advanced experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with agile tools like Jira and Confluence
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus
- Comfortable in dynamic, constantly changing environments
