About the Role
The Operational Strategy Specialist supports global service desk operations by driving standardization, operational efficiency, and service excellence. This role advances digital transformation and ensures new technologies are adopted effectively across teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Operational Analysis & Standardization: Assess global service desk operations to implement best practices.
- Process Design & Execution: Develop standardized processes to improve efficiency.
- Performance Reporting: Build dashboards and track KPIs/SLA metrics with Power BI, Excel, ServiceNow, and Cisco UCCX.
- Onboarding & Enablement: Support new application rollouts with documentation and training.
- Project Support & Initiative Management: Coordinate tasks, track progress, and lead strategic projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Facilitate collaboration and support smooth technology rollouts.
- Product Expertise: Utilize ServiceNow Service Desk functions effectively.
Candidate Profile
Candidates have a graduate degree in Computer Science or 5+ years of IT experience, proven analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, and are proficient in MS Office. They are experienced in ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, understand ITIL, and excel in communication, leadership, and multi-tasking in high volume IT environments.
