Tangerine, part of Scotiabank, is Canada’s leading direct bank offering flexible banking, innovative products, and award-winning client service. The IT Operations Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining and supporting Tangerine's IT systems and production data centers in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational procedures.
  • Monitor production systems and ensure continuous service availability.
  • Provide 24/7 on-site support, including after-hours help desk coverage.
  • Manage incidents, service requests and report issues promptly.
  • Support data center operations including hardware, cable management, and vendor interactions.
  • Participate in IT projects and assist in developing operational procedures.
  • Create and maintain production access accounts and logical access administration.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a University or College Degree or equivalent experience along with 6+ years in Production Operations or IT support roles. Experience with enterprise scheduling, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes is essential.
