Purpose
The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing executive schedules, arranging travel, submitting expenses, and providing comprehensive administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and book accommodations
- Handle email and Teams messaging
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering
- Prepare documents, correspondence, and presentations
- Maintain record keeping and manage expense transactions
Additional Duties
- Act as a primary contact for executives and external partners
- Support the team with logistical needs and urgent deliveries
- Ensure adherence to Scotiabank's policies and risk management frameworks
Requirements
Candidates must have over 5 years of administrative experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams, and a high degree of accuracy and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Working Conditions
Office work environment with limited travel and occasional pressure from deadlines.
