Purpose

The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing executive schedules, arranging travel, submitting expenses, and providing comprehensive administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and book accommodations
  • Handle email and Teams messaging
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering
  • Prepare documents, correspondence, and presentations
  • Maintain record keeping and manage expense transactions

Additional Duties

  • Act as a primary contact for executives and external partners
  • Support the team with logistical needs and urgent deliveries
  • Ensure adherence to Scotiabank's policies and risk management frameworks

Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of administrative experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams, and a high degree of accuracy and discretion in handling sensitive information.
