As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting Digital Engineering Operations in Canada. Your focus will be on assisting with mobile app-related processes, release activities, and access management tasks. You will collaborate closely with the team to ensure mobile app operations are executed efficiently, adhering to business strategies, robust security controls, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

In this dynamic role as a Business Systems Analyst, you will:
- Manage Scotiabank’s mobile applications within prominent mobile app portals such as Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console, ensuring strict alignment with Bank security standards and guidelines.
- Efficiently manage user access requests for mobile app portals, including adding, modifying, and removing user access as required.
- Provide essential support for the iOS and Android mobile app release process, contributing to timely and smooth deployments.
- Assist the App Management team with critical audit activities and certificate/profile management whenever needed.
- Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), and Security teams to swiftly resolve questions and facilitate seamless mobile app release activities.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of mobile release operations and internal processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills
