The Role

- Bring client ideas to life by creating compelling mockups, custom artwork, and visual concepts for RFPs, campaigns, and key accounts.
- Conceptualize and design inspirational digital catalogues that showcase products, tell visual stories, and drive client engagement.
- Craft presentation-ready layouts that clearly communicate ideas through strong visual hierarchy and design sophistication.
- Design impactful digital and print collateral in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
- Develop engaging visuals and copy for recurring e-marketing campaigns and promotional launches.
- Create eye-catching website banners and social media graphics that elevate brand presence.
- Ensure all creative output follows brand guidelines, supports brand identity, and maintains a cohesive look across all touchpoints.
- Support cross-functionally to improve creative workflows and contribute to smarter, more efficient processes.
- Collaborate in brainstorming and ideation sessions, contributing both creatively and strategically.
- Stay in-the-know on retail, design, and promotional trends, bringing fresh ideas to push our creative work forward.
- Take on additional creative opportunities that support evolving marketing and brand needs.
Experience
- 4+ years of graphic design experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience designing digital and print formats.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated skills in brand visuals, graphics, and/or illustration.
- Strong understanding of layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
