About the Role: Clinical Solution Consultant
Join the dynamic customer success team and help integrate Scopio's innovative solutions into laboratory environments. This role involves supporting equipment and applications from pre-sales through to go-live and beyond, ensuring a seamless integration process.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Implementation & Training: Plan and execute the implementation of Scopio applications, integrate with middleware and supplies at customer sites, assist with regulatory and validation requirements, develop training programs, and manage the integration process.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Collaborate with technical teams to resolve troubleshooting issues and provide application-related support pre and post sale.
- Customer Satisfaction & Feedback: Drive process improvements, gather and analyze customer usage data, identify product gaps, and collect ROI data for measuring progress.
- Sales Support: Participate in conferences and support the sales team with application demos.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in laboratory science, preferably as an applications specialist or medical technician.
- Experience in a hematology laboratory is required; familiarity with the hematology market is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasive, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic analytical capabilities.
- Ability to build sustainable relationships and a collaborative team spirit with a customer success mindset.
- Travel requirement up to 60%.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: 80K - 90K per year, with competitive compensation, full range of benefits including health coverage for you and your dependents, and a 401K with a 4% company match.
