About Marvel Strike Force

Marvel Strike Force is Scopely's squad-based Hero Collector RPG, housing heroes and villains across the Marvel Universe. This role contributes directly to delivering compelling live content for its dedicated player base.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Producer, Live Operations for Marvel Strike Force, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering the engaging “live show” for players. This includes crafting events, offers, battle passes, and seasonal moments that are cohesive, compelling, and offer significant value to players' time and investment. You will work in close partnership with Live Ops leadership and a cross-disciplinary team to meticulously plan work, ensure predictable execution, proactively reduce incidents, and continuously refine operational processes.

  • Drive day-to-day planning and execution for all live beats, including events, offers, calendars, and seasonal moments.
  • Translate Live Ops strategy into clear scope, precise timelines, and defined dependencies, enabling predictable team execution.
  • Coordinate seamless cross-functional delivery across critical departments such as Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Art, Economy, Monetization, Data, and Release.
  • Own launch readiness, including comprehensive checklists, stringent quality gates, clear risk visibility, and calm handling of last-minute changes.
  • Facilitate the entire operating rhythm, encompassing planning sessions, execution syncs, risk reviews, launch readiness assessments, and post-mortems.
  • Improve the Live Ops pipeline by identifying recurring friction points and actively driving concrete process and tooling enhancements.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in game production and live service environments.

  • 6+ years of production experience (or equivalent), ideally on live service games featuring frequent live events or seasonal beats.
  • 2+ years utilizing Agile practices to plan and deliver work iteratively.
  • Proven experience shipping live operations content, such as events, offers, battle passes, and calendars, within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong planning and execution fundamentals, including expertise in scope definition, milestone tracking, dependency mapping, and robust risk management.
  • A clear communicator capable of aligning diverse stakeholders and consistently unblocking teams to maintain momentum.

Bonus Points

Candidates with the following experience will be highly valued:

  • Experience with collection RPGs, gacha systems, and progression-heavy economies.
  • Familiarity with live-config driven systems, live tuning, and operating within a structured release cadence.
  • Experience partnering effectively with Monetization and Economy teams on offer strategy and event design.
