Senior Game Economy Designer

Scopely is seeking a Senior Game Economy Designer to join the Yahtzee! With Buddies team in Tel Aviv or Barcelona on a hybrid basis. You will work with a global team of game lovers who create, publish, and innovate in the mobile games industry.

Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize the economy for new and existing features to maximize engagement and revenue.
  • Manage pricing of virtual goods, content, and currencies, including progression, bonuses, and rewards.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design the ideal daily experience for players.
  • Investigate various economic models and build simulations and predictive models.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to gauge feature effectiveness.
  • Define key economy KPIs and build mathematical models to monitor player behavior.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a game economy manager or game designer.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience modeling player behavior.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Design, and LiveOps teams.
  • Proficiency in English.

Bonus Points

Experience working with AI tools and simulation creation.
